There’s a new topic that has recently become popular “Google Keyword”. Many SEO experts say Google Keyword Meta Tag has nothing to do with SEO ranking. Because Google Search Engine does not look in the meta tag if anyone searches with the same keyword.
The Meta Tags have no effect on the ranking system Google Search. In 2009 Google declared about this topic. And now Google again talks about this.
Google posted in its Official Document, In that document Google said,
“The meta-keyword tag is not used by Google Search, and it has no effect on indexing and ranking at all.”
Some people think their meta tags are working in the SEO but it is not. The meta tag is working in the Being Search Engine but that is not 100% sure. There are still some uses of meta keywords like Internal Search and other content purposes.
When it comes to ranking purposes meta tags have no role in it. Recently John Mueller made a video, he talked about Meta Tags.
“Just to be clear from the start, the answer is still no. We do not use the contents of the keyword meta tag in Google Search.” “And again, Google Search does not use the keywords meta tag,”
